Willy's American Dental Crown and Bridge was founded by two practicing dentists who were frustrated with what the lab market was offering. Too often, quality meant overpaying. Affordable meant compromised aesthetics, poor margins, or unpredictable turnaround. We knew it didn't have to be that way — so we built the lab we wished we had.
Today, Willy's is a tight-knit team focused on doing crown and bridge work the way it should be done: carefully, consistently, and on time.
Meet the Team
Nick and Kelly lead our technical work, with more than 40 years of combined experience in crown and bridge fabrication.
Nick & Mary
Nick was born into the dental laboratory industry. His father owned 2 different laboratories in Arizona, where Nick picked up all his skills and was afforded opportunities to attend many different continuing education courses. He ran his family's lab for 10 years, and learned that communication and consistency are vital for success in this industry. He is fortunate to love what he does, and has enjoyed watching and participating in the amazing changes the dental industry has and continues to go through. One of his attributes is the ability to get along with others and he loves connecting with people. He loves his family and is a proud father of 6 children, “yes 6” …. He also likes shoes!!! Probably too much! He looks forward to collaborating with you and helping us all succeed.
Mary started her working career at the age of 11 breeding rabbits on a rabbit
farm and then moved to babysitting and managing a pizza joint at the age of 16. She received her
Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and criminology at Portland State University.
She worked in that field for a few years before finding her love for finance in 2020. Since then,
she has worked in accounts payables and billing. When she is not working, she loves spending time with
her family, putting together jigsaw puzzles, playing games, painting, and binge watching Who Done
It series like CSI and Will Trent.
Kelly
Kelly began his dental lab journey in 2010 after moving to Shreveport, Louisiana. He gained a lot of valuable experience and knowledge from a lab in Tulsa before settling down here in Wichita. When he is not designing crowns, he loves watching sports (he bleeds Dodger Blue and proudly represents the Raider Nation). He is always going to concerts and on wild adventures with his wife. When he gets the chance, he likes to visit with his five kids and five grandchildren. And even though his family makes fun of him, he feeds his Dixxon Addiction as often as he can.
Hayley
Hayley is the newest member of the team, bringing with her an approachable personality, education in the fine arts, and over 5 years of lab experience! Earning her Bachelor's degree in Art with an emphasis in ceramics from Wichita State University, Hayley has seamlessly blended her knowledge and creativity into the dental world, specializing in custom shades, contouring crowns to ideal esthetic, and building with porcelain to provide our patients with realistic restorations that look and feel familiar. She welcomes the challenge of those tricky cases and looks forward to learning something new every day! In her free time, Hayley enjoys traveling to see family and friends, hanging out with her cat, Cosmo, and spending time in the great outdoors with an ice cold beverage in hand (weather permitting).
Mason
Mason works on the machining side of the lab, helping make sure your crowns stay looking and fitting their best. His experience in the dental lab industry began in 2025, but his machining background dates back to 2019, when he started working in a machine shop. In 2021, he transitioned into dentistry as a dental assistant, where he continued to build his knowledge and skills in the dental field. Since joining the lab, he has continued developing his machining and dental skills through hands-on experience, training events, and learning from the talented members of our team. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Some of his favorite hobbies include running, hiking, camping, and, most importantly, hanging out with friends and family.
Stormy
Stormy is a dental technician at Willys American Crown and Bridge. While her main focus is handling case intake, she really enjoys being hands-on and helping out with every step of the workflow from design to final shipment. She has been building her skills as a technician since 2024, developing a versatile understanding of every step of the process. Outside of work, she channels her focus on dog training and floral design.
